Team Building Offsites

Getting everyone on the same page is not an elusive dream; it's what we do.

Why should you consider a team building event?

Oftentimes, it is not competency that holds teams back. It’s the fact that working together can be challenging; especially when there are competing priorities. Our team building events bring greater cohesion throughout the team, along with a common language and a useful toolkit that members can utilise to make their daily interactions more effective and productive.

What should you expect from a team offsite?

An offsite of one or two days goes a long way in driving positive change in any team. During these strategic getaways, we step back from the daily routine and talk about how things are going at a much deeper level. This engaging and interactive workshop  helps uncover the deeper issues preventing the team from working like one.

The results from a series of assessments taken before the offsite are geared towards helping the team see the types of behaviours they need to work on, as well as foster greater understanding and appreciation of different working styles and points of view.

Who are Team Building Offsites for?

Team Building offsites are for those team leaders struggling with getting their team members on the same page. Whether it’s competing priorities, ‘loner’ or uninterested team members, or any other issue that may be driving the team apart – these are addressed and improved in our team-building events.

Case Study

Helping Cumbres International School

Cumbres International School reached out to Aclara to support the school’s efforts in changing the reigning culture. Traditionally four different schools on one campus run separately (pre-school, elementary school, middle school, and high school), the challenging task was now to create one school. Great insights resulted from the team understanding their Six Types of Working Genius profiles, as they began to see how their similar profiles created blind spots for the team.

More to come…
