How we helped Cumbres integrate four schools into one

The challange

Cumbres International School reached out to Aclara to support the school’s efforts in changing the reigning culture. Traditionally 4 different schools on one campus run separately (pre-school, elementary school, middle school, and high school), the task was now to create one school.

The methods we used

In a process of 8 months, we had 2 team off-sites, and monthly meeting with the department leaders, helping to implement all our conclusions and methodologies.
